The Cuyahoga Falls City School District (CFCSD) is requesting statements of qualifications for Engineering services for an HVAC improvement project to multiple elementary schools. The district anticipates that construction will occur during the summer of 2023. Your qualifications statement should include but not be limited to the following: Firm Information and individual qualifications General Firm Information Location of office and proximity to Cuyahoga Falls, OH Qualifications and experience of personnel i. Resumes of key personnel who would work on the project Similar HVAC Improvement project experience Include reference letters from other clients that you have performed engineering services for HVAC upgrades Selection Process The CFCSD will review all submitted Statements of Qualifications and will evaluate them against the following selection criteria: Firm's responsiveness to this RFQ and ability to perform the work Firm's similar project experience Level of satisfaction of current / prior clients Location relative to the City of Cuyahoga Falls Firms most qualified may, at the sole discretion of the district, be invited to an interview to discuss their qualifications and approach. The School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive irregularities in the proposal process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
