The work to be performed includes furnishing of labor, materials, fees, taxes, and equipment to perform the followings as per plan T-60: Chlorine Basin No. 2 (CCB2) modifications for conversion to free chlorine disinfection, including modifications within CCB2 to raise the height of 4 baffle walls; installation of 3 analyzer sample pumps and associated piping and electrical connections; installation of an Owner-furnished ammonia analyzer in a new contractor-furnished prefabricated instrument hut together with a turbidity analyzer that will be relocated to the same instrument hut; installation of 3 Owner-furnished chlorine analyzers in a separate new prefabricated instrument hut; procurement and installation of 4 new peristaltic chemical metering pumps and associated pipework within the Chemical Building, valves and connections from the Chemical Building to the dosing locations on CCB2; procurement and installation of a new vertical mixer in CCB2 together with associated modifications to the existing aluminum covers, and electrical installation; demolition of some existing equipment; procurement and installation of PVC and stainless steel pipping and fittings, electrical conduit and wiring, instrumentation conduit and wiring, placing of concrete pads, repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work including the asphalt surface as needed; and incidentals for a complete and usable facility.
