The Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for Snow Removal Services for four (4) of its developments. One Contract will be awarded for all four (4) of the developments. The Rule of Award: The lowest total average price per inch of snow. The contract for such services is a three-year contract from December 1, 2022 through April 30, 2025. Bidders must document to the BHA that they own their own equipment and have sufficient equipment and manpower to meet the conditions of the bid specifications. Bidders must also be able to provide proof of insurances, as outlined in the specifications. Davis-Bacon wages apply to this contract. The BHA reserves the right to reject all bids if deemed in the public interest to do so.
