Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas (METRO) is planning. The Bus Stop Improvements are located within METRO Universal Accessibility Zone 6. The Scope of Work for this Project shall consist of providing all supplies, support services, data, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, construction and all else required to prepare the sites and construct the Bus Stop Improvements . Provide administration and construction support services to complete the work. Placement of construction advanced notification signage Perform demolition and removal as indicated in plans Construct bus stop and other accessibility improvements, including but not limited to, shelter pads, sidewalk, curb, retaining walls, as indicated. Provide a clean work site during the work. Clean and restore site, including placement of sod, immediately upon completion of construction activities The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. This solicitation has a 35 % Small Business Participation goal.
