The Request for Proposal is for the redevelopment and addition of a current construction of a 6-bedroom fully accessible sprinklered detached residential B3 building to be used as a B3 residential home for individuals with deafblindness, located at 925 Water Street in Peterborough, Ontario. DeafBlind Ontario Services is a not for profit charitable organization, who provides an array of services to people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, non-verbal and deafblind that are customized to each individual's unique needs, method of communication, and goals to enrich their life.
