*As of July 23, 2024 this project has been cancelled and no plan rebidding at this time* Construct a new primary sally port on concrete tarmac adjacent to the existing sally port, including a new gatehouse to replace the existing and serve both sally ports. The new primary sally port shall have under-vehicle lighting, ram barriers between gates, concrete bollards around perimeter and shall have pedestrian gates. The existing primary sally port shall remain in operation until the new sally port is complete, requiring design of temporary fencing around the construction area as well as within the existing sally port. Electronic bid documents do NOT require a plan deposit, but hard copies of bid documents will require the Designer's receipt of a certified or cashier's check made payable to the State of Tennessee in the amount of $1,000.00 Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required.
