The project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment to complete the removal and disposal of the existing 36" concrete pipe culvert and replacing it with 72 linear feet of 60" Reinforced Concrete Pipe with Double Wing Headwalls, guiderail improvements, rip rap embankment protection, and roadway resurfacing located in Gumbes Road. The project will also include diverting the existing stream around the work area, installing and maintaining erosion and sediment controls, providing maintenance and protection of traffic and restoration of all areas disturbed during the construction of the project.
