Construction for PK-6 & 7-12 School Additions & Renovations Bid Package 9A. Work includes metal stud framing assemblies, gypsum board assemblies, and insulation. The bids will be presented to and considered by the School Board for Fort Madison Community School District at 6:05PM November 7, 2022 in the School Board Conference Room at the Fort Madison Community School District Administration Office located at 1930 Avenue M, Fort Madison, IA 52627, and such proposals received will be acted upon at such time and place or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. Owner will issue an authorization letter and tax exemption certificate to the contractor and/or subcontractors for the purchase or use of building materials, supplies, and equipment to be used on this project only. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
