Site work for a water / sewer project in Victoria, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope includes the replacement and upsizing of 1,260 LF of 12" and 4,100 LF of 15" existing clay sanitary sewer lines by pipe bursting in Anthony Rd. from Lone Tree Rd. to Hanselman Rd. and in Hanselman Rd. from Anthony Rd. to Delmar Dr. The existing lines are in very poor shape with cracked and missing pipe and tree roots. Manholes will also be rehabilitated with a liner product. Project also includes the addition of 2,700 LF of new 8" sanitary sewer main in Anthony Rd from Hanselman Rd. to US Hwy 59 N. to allow for future development. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023 - 2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of October 10, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
