The project is a State Revolving Fund (SRF) funded project. Work under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services required for the construction of a roadway and recycled waterlines from the Lahaina WWRF to the Honokowai Reservoir, and improvements at the existing Honokowai Reservoir, while the WWRF remains in operation.
