Place a 3 1/2 "Portland cement Concrete Sidewalk. 6. No pre-construction photo's are required for this project. 7. No geo-textile is required for this project. 8. No site testing will be required for this project. 9. No erosion control permit required for this project, however best management practices will be enforced. 10. No maintenance bond is required for this project. 11. Signage will be required on Main Street indicating road construction. traffic control must meet KDOT Specifications 12. Finish grade for the project is to match existing grade.
