Renovation of a golf course in Cleburne, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The City of Cleburne is accepting sealed bids for the Golf Course Deck Renovation as herein specified. Perspective Bidder MUST attend an onsite evaluation meeting of project before submitting bid. The City of Cleburne reserves the right to select any, all, or none of the add-on options requested Work must be completed prior to December 31, 2022. Workdays are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The contractor shall be fully responsible for providing Workman's Compensation with Employers Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability coverage as required by the state of Texas Contractor is responsible for all clean-up, removal and disposal of any debris daily. Contractor will arrange for any storage ofmaterials necessary for the duration ofthe project.
