Greeley and Hubbard Woods Capital Improvements - Bid Period 001,Greeley and Hubbard Woods Projects - Base Bid (District Funded) and Alternate Bid (Referendum Funded): The Winnetka Public School District 36 The Board of Education of Winnetka School District 36, Cook County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the Greeley and Hubbard Woods Capital Improvements - Bid Period 001, Greeley and Hubbard Woods Projects - Base Bid (District Funded) and Alternate Bid (Referendum Funded): The Winnetka Public School District 36. The Scope of Work consists of all trades for the renovations and addition, including, but not limited to, site work, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, general trades, carpentry, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and related items. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Winnetka Public School District 36.
