PURPOSE: The Egret Tri-Plex Submersible Lift Station Improvements Project was identified in the Wastewater Masterplan. The purpose of this project is the conversion of the existing triplex wet pit/dry pit pump station to a triplex submersible lift station. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS): This RFP/Project contains Minimum Qualification Requirements (MQRs) that firms must meet in order to respond. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: Any questions are to be submitted via email to kvohwinkel@cohb.org no later than October 27, 2022 by 11:00 A.M. Answers to questions received will be released via addendum. Changes, if any, to the scope of the services or proposal procedures will be transmitted only via written addendum and available on the City s website. BID BOND: As per Procurement Code Section 23-12 (2) Security Bonds: Each proposer must provide with the submission a Proposal Guarantee/Bond in the form of Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (10%) payable to the City of Hallandale Beach. These funds are not cashed. These funds are retained guaranteeing the firm submitting the proposal will not withdraw the proposal for such period of time as the Commission provides a Resolution for award of contract.PERFORMANCE AND LABOR MATERIALS PAYMENT BOND: Proof of 100% of total contract bonding capacity must be submitted with bid is required. Awarded Contractor must submit bonds no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notification of Award.
