The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit commercial cleaning and washing of exterior and some interior windows for Student Housing buildings (13 locations) which are listed on Attachment 3. All Student Housing building windows must be cleaned between July 1st (or the first Monday of July and August 10th (unless thats on a weekend then the prior Friday) Contractor must provide a schedule indicating which building windows will be cleaned on which day and during what hours. If there is any deviation from that schedule then Student Housing (melodiepottenger@boisestate.edu) must be notified 48 hours in advance. The University reserves the right to accept or reject the dates and times proposed. Initial Term of the Contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months. Following the Initial Term, the parties may extend the Contract under the same pricing, terms and conditions, on an annual basis, upon mutual written consent for up to 4 additional one (1) year terms. The Universitys representative is listed at the top of this RFQ, so all questions must be submitted to that individual for a response. The pricing page must be completed and is required for a quote to be considered. Invoices should be emailed to melodiepottenger@boisestate.edu unless otherwise provided Payment terms are Net 30 days after delivery and acceptance. Award will be to the lowest responsive, qualified vendor that can meet the requirements listed in this RFQ and represent the best value to the University. The University reserves the right to name partial and/or multiple awards, in the best interest of the University. The University is not obligated to make an award pursuant to this solicitation; however, the University may make multiple awards to ensure cost savings and coverage of a number of suppliers due to staffing shortages.
