Each Bid package shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to the OWNER as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bid Security shall be made payable to OWNER, in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in a form as indicated in the Advertisement. Bid Bonds, if indicated as acceptable in the Advertisement, shall be issued on the form included in the Contract Documents by a Surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 5.01 of the General Conditions. The undersigned agrees, if awarded Contract, to sign the Agreement and submit satisfactory bonds and certificates of insurance coverage and other evidence of insurance required by the Contract Documents within 15 days after the date of OWNER'S Notice of Award. following approximate items of work: Furnishing and constructing a new pre-engineered restroom pavilion building including all site and subgrade preparation, concrete foundation, piping rough-ins, framing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, doors, window, siding, roofing, permitting, and all other items to complete the work.
