Renovation of a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
The University of Texas at El Paso is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals for the project entitled "Magoffin Auditorium - HVAC Upgrades". Work of the Project includes but is not limited to: 1. Remove existing Steam Generator and Condensate return pumps and selective sections of steam pipe and condensate return. Install new heating water pipes. 2. Install new Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger, Pump and accessories. 3. Remove existing Steam tempering and heating coils at air handling systems. Install new Hot Water Tempering and Heating coils. 4. Provide new digital controls to heating system. 5. Provide power to new pump and controls. Project Location: 500 W. University Ave. El Paso, TX 79968 Deadline for Questions - 10/25/2022 3:00:00 PM (CT) Completion- (120) calendar days ; Owner issues Notice to Proceed for Construction 12/08/22 (estimated) General Contractor achieves Substantial Completion 04/07/23 (estimated)
