Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is requesting proposals for providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services for project 513, District IILE Classroom Renovation FY24. The objective of this procurement is to obtain services from qualified construction managers to manage the construction of the District IILE Classroom Renovations FY24 at various buildings at six TCCD campus and off-site locations. This project seeks to bring classrooms in line with TCCD IILE Principle as part of the 3G8P program. The basis of the Integrated Instructional Learning Environments (IILE) Principle is to renovate poor and fair-condition classrooms from the traditional format into active learning environments. IILE categorizes classrooms into 4 types: Basic, Provisional, Formal and Formal Learning. This project seeks to renovate 10 buildings with a total of 48 classrooms across 5 campuses (South, Southeast, Northeast, Northwest, and Trinity River) and one offsite location (Erma C. Johnson Hadley Northwest Center of Excellence for Aviation, Transportation, and Logistics - NW OWTL) according to IILE guidelines and categorization.
