No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of the Orange County Convention Centre (OCCC) West Building Access Control System Replacement project is to replace, upgrade, and expand the existing door access control systems based upon orange county current standards and guidelines for door access control. The intent is to remove the existing pegasys access control system and components and convert the entire west building to lenel. The existing lenel system is to remain. The access control system will be expanded to include electrical rooms, idf rooms, and mechanical rooms, catwalks, gates, and select perimeter doors. Question Submission Deadline: November 18, 2024, 4:00pm A Bid, Payment and Performance Bond are a requirement when the offer/contract amount exceeds$100,000. Respondents shall attach an electronic copy of their bid bond for responsiveness. Submission of the bid bond, along with a certified and effectively dated copy of the power of attorney, shall be and signed by all required parties and submitted on the form provided in the solicitation. Submittal of a bid bond less than 10% of the total estimated contract amount for base period, shall result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
