**As of December 6, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 12, 2022.** The work consists of repairs and relining of existing potable water reservoirs. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. The District has determined that a Class 33 (Painting and Decorating Contractor) license is necessary to bid this project. Bidder shall also have a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience and demonstrated successful history in the application of the specified products to surfaces of steel water storage tanks; outlined in the technical specifications. If the bidder is a specialty contractor, the bidder is alerted to the requirements of Business and Professions. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to check the website daily through the close of bids for any applicable addenda or updates and to furnish the District with current prospective bidder contact information for the distribution of any and all addenda or updates. Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Completion Date: 170 Calendar Days
