Supply of a Biosolids Drying and Pyrolysis System/Services (collectively, the "System/Services") for installation by others at the Brentwood Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2251 Elkins Way. The estimated cost for Stages I, II, III, and IV is $16 million. In accordance with the Contract Documents, prepared by the City and its consultants, the proposed System and Special Services are to be provided in four stages as follows: Stage I - System and Special Services during Design for Construction Contract Documents Stage II - Equipment Supply and Delivery Stage III - Services during Construction Stage IV - Operational Assistance for One Year Contract Milestone Completion Times will be proposed by each Proposer in their Proposal and will be part of the best value Proposal determination by the City. Final contract times will be mutually agreeable with the selected Proposer and will be included in the Agreement before execution. Each Proposal must also be accompanied by security as specified in Article 8 of the Instructions to Proposers.
