The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT, Department or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Phase IC/ID & Phase II US 84/US285 & Paseo de Onate Intersection services for addressing project development and program needs. This work will be performed statewide as an on-call basis. The selected Offeror shall perform the services as specified in Appendix A, Project Introduction and Scope of Work. Project numbers shown throughout this Request for Proposals (RFP) are subject to change throughout the life of the project. The Department intends on establishing a contract with a four (4) year term. In the case an extension is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-150 B (6) allows for design and engineering contracts to exceed a four-year term upon approval of the New Mexico Department of Finance Administration (DFA). A pre-proposal conference will NOT be held for this project.
