This Project includes all work associated with the replacement of existing playground equipment and installation of new Vinyl Fence and all associated work as shown on drawings prepared by Adkins Design, Inc. for a complete project. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Housing Authority of the City of Buckhannon Par Value U. S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Bid bond shall be countersigned by a West Virginia agent. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds or furnish other surety acceptable to Buckhannon Housing.
