A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Replace telecommunications system, fire alarm system and associated corridor ceilings and lighting. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single Electrical prime contractor. Cost range: $750k - $1.25 M Eaglin Residence Hall Renovation - Telecommunications and Fire Alarm System. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% ofthe Contract Price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
