Hulbert Hall Minor Rehabilitation (A-Wing). All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Hulbert Hall Minor Rehabilitation (A-Wing) project will renovate the Toilet Rooms, Corridors, Dorm Rooms and Lounges in the A-Wing portion of the building. Renovations will enhance ADA accessibility within A-Wing and provide for a better student experience. Removals will include hazardous materials throughout the project area. All spaces will be rebuilt after abatement with new walls, finishes, ceilings, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, lighting, fire alarm upgrades and power. In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
