Modifications to the existing St. Norbert Dam fixed crest rock overflow dam including construction of a new cast-in-place concrete chute to improve fish passage during low level flows. The modifications to the existing overflow dam also include partial demolition of the remnant St. Norbert concrete dam, regrading of the downstream slope, and construction of a riprap-lined recovery pool at the downstream toe of the dam.
