Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Littleton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

As of August, 2023, construction is underway and expected to take 2 years to complete. The project includes the construction of the new Littleton Water Resource Recovery Facility to be located at 242 King Street with an initial capacity of 208,000 gallons per day (average daily flow), including but not limited to: site work, yard piping, equalization tank, influent pumping station, process building, including screening room, biological tanks, membrane bioreactor treatment system, and effluent pumping station The Contract Time shall be 550 Calendar Days commencing twenty days following the Effective Date of the Agreement. A bid deposit in an amount equal to 5% of the total amount of the bid will be due with the bid, in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check. The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the General Bids. A payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the total amount of the bid and a performance bond in an amount equal to 100% of the total amount of the bid will be required for the successful bidder. The surety on such bonds shall be a surety company qualified to do business under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and satisfactory to the Owner Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.20 percent D/MBE participation and 4.50 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs.
