Mont Co Sheriffs Office Additions and Modifications The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and informalities, to retain discretion in adoption of alternates and to re-advertise. Bids in order to be considered must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid.
