Furnish a SWPPP ifrequired prior to any earth disturbing activity. Furnish and install temporary sediment and erosion control BMPs in compliance with all National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and surface water permits. Amend the SWPPP in accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) General Construction Stormwater NPDES Pennit. In the event of conflict between these requirements and pollution control laws, ndes, or regulations of other Federal, State, or local agencies, adhere to the more restrictive laws, rules, or regulations.
