Renovation of a municipal facility in Palmyra, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 7, 2022, the project has been awarded to Allen’s Carpet for $7,421.67. Contract will be for removing the existing floor covering, floor preparation & installing tile on the east side foyer, the south side foyer, and the top of the stairs on the 2nd level of the courthouse. Bidder/Contractor g meet with the Marion County Coordinator to discuss and measure project. Bidder/Contractor is responsible for all tile, adhesive, flooring removal and disposal, installation, trim, and any other materials necessary to complete the project. Owner will choose tile to be installed from samples given by installer. The award of the Contract on this project shall be predicated upon competitive bidding, with award being made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Said lowest Bidders shall be determined for each Contract by summarizing the applicable low base bids. The Marion County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids.
