The City of Stanwood has issued a SEPA Notice of Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) for the City-initiated drainage separation system project. The project will install a new lift station at the NE corner of 92nd Avenue NW and SR 532 and approximately 1,400 LF of new 36-inch storm line. An existing 24-inch storm line will convert to the 36-inch storm line on the south side of SR 532. An existing 36-inch outfall will be replaced with a 54-inch outfall in the Old Stillaguamish River. The project will require approximately 3,650 cubic yards of excavation and 2,500 cubic yards of fill and will result in approximately 38 square feet of permanent impacts to wetland buffer.
