**As of January 24, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors to remove the existing HVAC equipment and to replace with new, efficient HVAC equipment at the Avon Senior Center. The Town of Avon reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the contract to the lowest proposal that meets the criteria set forth in the RFP and is in the best interests of the Town.
