Renovation of a municipal facility in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of December 21, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The County of Delaware Motor Vehicles Management & Department of Public Works are soliciting proposals for the following two (2) goods and services: Fair Acres Building - 4 Exterior Stairs Unless otherwise provided, in any supplement to these instructions to respondent, no respondent shall modify, withdraw, or cancel the proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of proposal in the advertisement or Request for Proposal. For any questions regarding such, please contact Rosalyn Walker, Purchasing Project Manager or Lisa L. Jackson, Director of Central Purchasing at (610) 891-4427. The General Construction includes not limited to the following: removal, replacement, and new work addressing all conditions required to complete the work of this contract as indicated on all Architectural drawings and Project Manual; selective demolition, and temporary facilities and conditions. This project involves replacement of steel structure and steel staircase and associated work at the exterior of Building 4 exit. Questions may be asked through the PennBID system. The final date to submit questions is 2:00p.m. October 19, 2022.
