2023 Professional Services Pursuant to the Fair and Open Process for the following: Municipal Attorney, Municipal Auditor, Bond Counsel, Municipal Engineer, Risk Management Consultant, Joint Land Use Solicitor/Engineer, and Animal Control Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit interest from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide professional services for the Borough of Magnolia for the term commencing January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 A qualified firm and/or individual will be selected through a competitive, quality-based, fair and open process at the sole discretion of Borough Council. Request for Proposals documentation can be requested from the Municipal Clerk. Sealed proposals, clearly indicating on the envelope "Request for Proposal" and the position being applied for shall be submitted to the Municipal Clerk on or before the before mentioned date, time, and location at which time all proposals will be publicly opened. It is recommended that each proposal package be hand-delivered. The Borough assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail, or delivery service causing the proposal to be received after the above-listed due date and time. Any proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise, will be deemed non-responsive. No proposals will be accepted after the date set forth above. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any proposal as may be permitted by law The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
