Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
New Roof Work for General McLane High School and James W. Parker Middle School. Bid security in the minimum amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds. Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must ensure that applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin or physical handicap, and that the Resident Employment and Training Requirements of Executive Order 11246 be observed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of the General McLane School District.
