Summary of Request The Authority seeks a Design Builder (BD) to provide Design, Preconstruction, and Construction Services for a renovation project at Parkview Village Apartments (The Project). AUTHORITY will contract the awarded GC in a Design-Build approach to this project. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Local Service Required Performance Bond 100 % Payment Bond 100 % Question Acceptance Deadline 11/11/2022 02:00 AM EST Questions are submitted online :Yes Primary Scope: Replace 100% of all supply and sanitary drain stacks with-in the buildings. To facilitate this replacement, the scope would also include: 1. Remove and replace all kitchens (cabinets/tops, fixtures, appliances, etc.) and drywall to provide access to the existing plumbing. 2. All drywall and fixtures within the unit bathrooms. 3. Mitigation of existing aluminum wiring/electrical panels 4. Replace all unit flooring. 5. Unit Paint
