The tender documents are available at Electronic Tendering System at the telephone number 1-866-669-7326 or at the Internet and are subject to the pricing of this organization. Ville de Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. It disclaims all liability for the costs paid by tenderers for the preparation of their tender and for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the estimate, or to waive one or other of the conditions listed or to grant parts of the contract if it deems it appropriate.
