SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS: Interested persons can obtain the tender documents only through the electronic tendering system ( or for the Montreal region at 514-856-6600, or outside toll free at 1-866-669-7326). Information request : Tenderers who wish to receive information or clarifications regarding the call for tenders must do so in writing . The public body reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a tenderer if this request is sent to it less than three (3) working days before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders.
