Reference number : 1650128 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-04 Centre de services scolaire de Montréal / BDA is inviting tenders for the Rehabilitation of the External Envelope at Yves-Thériault Centre. The project consists of the complete rehabilitation of the vertical envelope, including the replacement of the windows and the main entrance canopy. The project takes the opportunity to renew the architectural language of the building by eliminating the prefabricated concrete elements and inserting distinctive brickwork. The project also includes new openings in the envelope. Description of the two-stage bidding process: - The first stage of this call for tender is a request for proposals for services based on a quality assessment, to consider only the quality of the proposals. The contractors sought must demonstrate their acquired skills in carrying out the mandates described in clause 2. - At the second stage, the CSSDM will invite only those contractors who have reached the "acceptable level of performance" to submit a bid including only a price. Work is scheduled to begin in May 2023 and will take up to 16 months to September 9, 2024, when acceptance with conditions is expected.
