Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
REQUEST FOR BIDS - ROOF REPLACEMENT The Town of New Chester is requesting bids for the replacement of the roof on the Community Center in Grand Marsh. The work to be performed includes: o Remove existing peak flashing, rake flashing and cut roof sheeting overhang at eave. o Fir strip roof over panels using 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 at the eaves and peak, attached using screws o Install eave flashing per panel selected, 24 ga. o Install premade roof curb, per panel selected over existing ventilation fan. o Install 24 g standing seam roof system, 1.75"tall ribs, 18" O.C. o Install 24 ga. Rake Trim o Install 24 ga. Gable trim flashing against town hall building. o Install 24 ga. Peak trim flashing with ventilated metal closure. o Install new Dek-Tite boot on bathroom vent.
