The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Historical Commission (THC) seeks competitive sealed proposals to establish a contract for General Construction in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). In particular, the services requested herein and to be provided under any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP are for the: Chimney Repairs and Reconstructions at Goodnight Ranch State Historic Site, 4989 CR 25, Goodnight, Texas 79226 Respondents who did not attend the October 27, 2022, prebid conference as part of the original bidding process must meet with the site manager and become thoroughly familiar with the existing conditions and requirements before submitting a bid. Signatures are required by both the site representative and respondent when the site visit is completed to establish the date that the site visit took place. Exhibit N, Site Visit Form, must be included in Respondent's Bid. Bids will be rejected if a signed site visit form is not included.
