This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, replacing existing carpet locations as shown on the drawings, with owner supplied carpet and glue, and includes all trades required and all labor, equipment, materials, supervision necessary and incidental to the Work: remove existing carpets and pads down to substrate, remove all adhesive residue; level substrates (grinding or filling), install Owner-Furnished carpet as 'direct glue down' method of installation, and owner provided transition strips, as noted in specifications and drawings. The following available dates are reserved for this project: 05/20/2025 to 09/15/2025 being a dark date with no events, sharing the space with other construction teams. Each general bid on this contract must be accompanied by a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the work required.
