The invitation seeks quotes from qualified contractors to complete the GHS Intruder Lock Project at Gardner High School.Those submitting quotes must provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to satisfy the requirements of this bid. Procedure and award shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 30,39M of the General Laws of the Commonwealth, including all current amendments. The City of Gardner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Bids may not be withdrawn within 30 business days after the bid opening. Project is subject to the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law. The Contractor shall furnish all other stated materials to perform all labor, requisite or proper, provide all machinery, equipment, tools, apparatus, etc. necessary to perform the work as required by the City of Gardner, unless otherwise stated in specifications for the completion of said projects. The fact that any item may not be mentioned in these specifications does not excuse Contractor from supplying that item if it is necessary for the proper installation, application, and related work if it would be considered a standard trade practice for an end result acceptable by the City of Gardner
