Renovation of a municipal facility in Raceland, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Hurricane Ida Damage Roof Replacements - Mathews Government Complex and Galliano Government Complex Architects Project Nos. 2166A-1 (Galliano) and 2166C-1 (Mathews) Removal of existing roofing, roof insulation, and sheet metal flashings and trim, and replacement with new roof insulation board, cover board, SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, and associated sheet metal flashings and trim. Project also includes removal and replacement of damaged walkway cover roofing and masonry repair/replacement as indicated on the Drawings. Project is funded by FEMA reimbursement and is subject to all required FEMA Terms and Conditions. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION or ROOFING AND SHEET METAL, SIDING. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided by law. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact Lafourche Parish Government no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
