Site work for a civil project in South West City, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of January 23, 2023 bids were rejected because they were too high. The project will be reduced in scope and bid again later this Spring. Well Drilling/Pumphouses, Waterlines, Water Storage Tank, Asphalt Overlay, Rehab. and/or Maint. Contract No. 1: New 250 GPM State Approved Well; Contract No. 2: Distribution System Improvements; and Contract No. 3:. New Water Storage Standpipe Approximately 31,479 LF of new 8", 6" & 4", 2" PVC water main installation including valves, fire hydrants, and water meters; new state approved well with pitless unit, 50 HP submersible motor, new wood pumphouse, new 16' dia. x 82' tall water storage standpipe, asphalt overlay, and other appurtenances. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100%
