REQUEST FOR BIDS Bid Package #4 for the Lewisville Public Safety Complex - Rebid Select Trades Byrne Construction Services (Byrne) is re-soliciting for bids as the CMAR for following specific trades associated with the work to be performed: Glass & Glazing, Signage, Aluminum Canopy, Vehicle Lifts, Appliances, Laboratory Equipment, Window Treatments, Fences & Gates, and Fueling Systems. Only these trades. Bids will be received at the office of Byrne, 551 E Berry Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76110 by 3:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Bids may be e-mailed to bids@tsbyrne.com or sent via Building Connected. Email is preferred. Project documents will be available to download for free at www.buildingconnected.com. Please contact Byrne at bids@tsbyrne.com or (817) 335-3394 for access to the Building Connected web site. Printed documents will not be provided for loan or use.. DRC 12/29/2022 & 01/05/2023 Start Date: 12/29/2022 As of October 20, 2022, plans have been submitted for permitting. A CMaR has been selected and they will be accepting sub-bids. Construction is expected to begin January 2023 and be completed December 2023.
