Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 232,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 586-unit educational facility.
Impact Health and Prosperity Epicenter BP Envelope -includes envelope, & drywall and metal studs. BP#2 for the rest of the scope will come out in November. Project description: This project consists of the new construction of housing as part of the Impact and Prosperity Epicenter complex on the University of Utah campus. This will be a 6 level concrete building with a 3 story steel building. The new facility will be approximately 232,000 gross square feet. The housing component of the facility will be approximately 165,000 gross square feet, with 586 housing beds. The facility will contain housing communities of 32 and 42 students, with 12 communities of traditional rooms, and 5 communities of semi-suite rooms, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Envelope Package includes the following scopes: DIVISION 07 - DIVISION 08 - STOREFRONT CURTAINWALL GLAZING DIVISION 09 - DRYWALL AND METAL STUDS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DIVISION 21 - FIRE SPRINKLERS Questions due on the 10-24-22 See detail project schedule in the project documents.
