The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting [bids quotations proposals] for contractors on multiple residential projects at 1750 Rondo St SE, Kentwood, MI 49508. The project is funded by Kent County Community Development Block Grants ("CDBG"). Project to be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. The scope includes multiple projects. One or multiple may be selected for award; please provide line-item pricing by project. Projects Include: - Frame, insulate, drywall and paint new stud wall - Replace paneling - Window Replacements - Lead Hazard Control Requirements - Remove, dispose and install vinyl siding Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 10/21/2022, 2 PM All equipment/materials shall consist of the original manufacturer warranty in addition to any other warranties specified in this Solicitation. Warranties shall include, at minimum, warranties against defects in design, materials, and workmanship. The warranty period will start upon installation of product or sixty (60) days from date of delivery, whichever is less, unless otherwise specified. Labor and shipping costs for the replacement of defective material will be borne by the Respondent for the duration of the warranty period.
