We extend this bid to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide a three (3) year contract to perform the following tasks for the Department of General Services (Parish Wide): o Painting, Coating, Priming, Staining, and Sealing o Drywall Hanging o Drywall Finishing o Wallpaper Removal and Hanging o Concrete Work o Welding and Fabrication A bid bond will be required with bid submission in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Vendors must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic bid solicitation on Central Auction House. The Bidder shall mean the electronic bid bond number in the location specified on the electronic bid envelope. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission. A Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the total contract amount will be required. The performance bond shall be produced upon contract execution.
