A new fire station with two (2) apparatus bays and support space for full-time fire station staff including a partial mezzanine to support storage and work-out area, a residential-style kitchen, a dining area, a dayroom, offices and sleeping rooms for six and locker facilities to be located on new development near new distribution facility. The new station will have a preengineered metal frame and brick exterior and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. A Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the total maximum bid amount is required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
